The Future Investment Initiative (FII) Institute has announced a powerhouse lineup of world leaders, global investors, and top CEOs for its flagship FII9 Conference, which will take place from October 27 to 30, 2025, at the King Abdulaziz International Conference Center (KAICC) in Riyadh.

This year’s summit will be held under the theme “The Key to Prosperity: Unlocking New Frontiers of Growth” and will bring together more than 15 heads of state alongside leading policymakers, change-makers, and visionaries. The four-day conference is designed to confront the paradoxes shaping the modern world, including the balance between innovation and sustainability, progress and consequences, and global connectivity and fragmentation.

FII9 is expected to feature over 600 speakers participating in more than 230 sessions, making it one of the largest and most influential gatherings of its kind. The opening session will be led by Yasir Al-Rumayyan, Governor of the Public Investment Fund (PIF) and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the FII Institute. He will present the 4th Priority Compass, a landmark global survey gathering insights from tens of thousands of people across 32 countries, representing 66 percent of the world’s population. The survey will provide data-driven guidance to leaders and investors, helping them develop solutions rooted in the concerns and aspirations of citizens around the globe.

Richard Attias, Chairman of the Executive Committee and Acting CEO of the FII Institute, said the upcoming event would focus on aligning global capital with purpose. “FII9 is where global leaders align capital with purpose. The Priority Compass ensures our discussions are not abstract, but rooted in the real concerns of people across the world,” he said.

Over the course of the summit, two main plenary halls will host high-level debates, fireside conversations, and interactive discussions featuring the world’s most influential voices. These sessions will focus on some of the most urgent global challenges, including the creation of secure, sustainable, and affordable energy pathways, the need for new trade rules that safeguard national security without harming global economic coherence, and strategies to accelerate technological innovation responsibly while avoiding the risk of deepening global inequalities.

The FII Institute has confirmed an impressive list of speakers who will participate in the event. They include Saudi Arabia’s Minister of Investment Khalid Al-Falih, Aramco President and CEO Amin Nasser, JPMorgan Chase Chairman and CEO Jamie Dimon, Citi CEO Jane Fraser, BlackRock Chairman and CEO Laurence Fink, TotalEnergies Chairman and CEO Patrick Pouyanné, Bridgewater Associates Founder and CIO Mentor Ray Dalio, Carlyle Group Co-Founder and Co-Chairman David M. Rubenstein, Brookfield CEO Bruce Flatt, State Street Corporation Chairman and CEO Ronald O’Hanley, Alphabet and Google President and CIO Ruth Porat, Guggenheim Investments President Dina DiLorenzo, and Pershing Square Capital Management Founder and CEO Bill Ackman.

The FII9 summit is a members-only event and is expected to draw thousands of international delegates and media representatives. The conference will reinforce Riyadh’s role as a global hub for investment, innovation, and international collaboration, providing an unprecedented platform for decision-makers to forge partnerships and develop solutions to complex global problems.

The full program and session details are available on the FII Institute’s website. Organizers say FII9 will not only spark dialogue but also shape actionable strategies that will influence the future of economies, industries, and societies worldwide.

With its extensive roster of speakers and wide-ranging topics, FII9 is poised to be a landmark event for global cooperation and economic transformation, setting the stage for Riyadh to further cement its status as a leader in convening the world’s most influential voices.
