The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance streamed the final qualifying rounds of the 45th King Abdulaziz International Competition for the Holy Quran Memorization, Recitation, and Interpretation on giant screens at the Grand Mosque.
The live broadcast allowed worshippers and visitors to listen to the recitations while viewing detailed information about each contestant, including their name and country of origin. To ensure inclusivity, the ministry also arranged a fully equipped, separate hall for women, enabling female worshippers to follow the event comfortably.
This initiative reflects the ministry’s commitment to leveraging modern technology in the service of the Holy Quran, in line with its vision to enhance the quality of services and keep pace with digital advancements.
