Imran Khan held three (03) Telethon to raise funds for the flood affected people. It was officially claimed by the PTI that PKR 15 Billion were pledged during these telethons.
Imran Khan received donations from within Pakistan, from foreign nationals and foreign INGOs.
Apart from receiving funds in Punjab and KPK Govt accounts; Cheques were also received by the PTI’s Insaf Relief Foundation in USA and by the charities associated with Imran Khan and PTI in Pakistan and other countries
PTI did not give any detail of donations, at any forms, received by Insaf Relief Foundation, USA and other INGOS, NGOs/ NPOs and companies established by Imran Khan or by the PTI or established on the name of Imran Khan and PTI who collected funds physically, electronically, in the form of cheques or by any other form for the flood affectees (From 14 June 2022 onwards).
There is no record of spending available at any forum of these donations.
Donations collected by the charities of Imran Khan on the name of Flood Affectees cannot be mixed and masked with the spending of PDMA and NDMA
Actual Facts
It has become quite evident that PTI collected billions from donors, however, disbursement on the ground remain Nil
The collected funds were masked with official funds of NDMA/ PDMA. Actual spending was done by the national and provincial governments and these funds were used by PTI for
Social Media Campaign against the State Institutions for political Campaign and Long March
Mr Imran Khan along with Ms Sania Nishter also said, on record, that they have earmarked 1 Billion for the flood affected people of Sindh from the collected amount. However, no evidence of spending is available on the ground, especially in Sindh by the PTI
US based donors of PTI are demanding 501 C-3 instrument from the PTI so they could get Tax exemption benefits in the USA. However, PTI is not providing them this certificate.
This act of Imran Khan proved that he is a foreign funded agent and PTI is operating like a foreign funded Cabal with only agenda to destroy the social and economic fabric of Pakistan
Sarcastically naming and shaming the Senior Officers of Armed Forces is part of his agenda to destroy Pakistan.
People have been requesting to launch an immediate enquiry against Imran Khan on defrauding and cheating the public at large (within and outside Pakistan) on the name of Flood Affectees donation.
