Creativity, indulging in what we love, and pure passion is things that have started to become a rarity in recent generations.
When considering what passion truly is – there is an indefinite definition to such a word. Whether it is classified as strong motivation-like agility or even just a generalized feeling that assists us to stay in love with the things we currently enjoy doing. There is simply no stern definition for such a word.
However, to simply put it into more common terms; passion is a strong emotion that incites the zealous nature of an individual. It inspires, motivates, and galvanizes those that feel passionate about anything and everything.
Although you can be passionate about several things, one of the main components of being passionate lies within self-exploration. Self-exploration may seem a somewhat idle waste of your time or be classified as nothing more than an aimless venture. It is still important to note that if you fail to properly uncover your own identity, how will you be able to acknowledge if the path that you are on is personally ideal or not?
Though there are traits and certain criteria within our society that seem less justified or is rarely shed light upon when it comes to evaluating passion, self-insouciance is quite a dilemmatic epidemic within all of us, even if it may occur subconsciously.
Likewise, occasional deception can occur when you may be uncertain about what you truly love – a mid-life crisis is a radical example relative to passion. Various people aged 40-55 years may face identity deception within themselves as they undergo a dubious battle regarding their avidity.
And as ‘mid-life crisis’ may be a great example to portray, it does not narrow down the endless dilemma of other alternative age groups even if you range from prepubescent adolescence or even a young adult. Being apathetic can have an equally great impact on people just as passion can.
Many individuals conclude younger generations to be creative, ignoring the opposition and as time passes, expectations continue to increase, burning out every individual.
Creativity is a great way to spark your dedication to specific activities alongside exploring further in depth. Nonetheless, it is also a way to light up a paroxysm of annoyance, transitioning your passion to be relatively closer to an unbearable chore.
As society evolves, countless people experience deterioration of their mental health since many believe the solution to exploring what your passion is about, is to focus on it more. However, that is not the case for many.
The age category that consists of wonderous, creative, and extremely passionate people would be teenagers as well as young adults. The misconception caused by the ideology of younger people being far more creative compared to older ones is somewhat correct – although the reasoning behind older people being impuissant and unable to explore their passion is not because they cannot do so – it is mainly because they do not own the time to.
Though time management may be quite hard to control when it comes to all sorts of age groups, it can be tougher to control how much time you have for certain pursuits the older you grow. The more mature a person happens to be, the more responsibilities are under an individual’s supervision which leads to barricading personal life values alongside the inability to have time for themselves.
Taking everything into account, passion is an ambitious way to explore furthermore into your endearment, however as significant as passion is, being apathetic and living without a passion can also be heavily inauspicious.
As long as you range from a teenager who has yet to discover what you fervidly enjoy or being an individual who has an avid liking but is not favored by time – remind yourself of the foremost principle of how important self-exploration is as it’ll increase your confidence within your identity and your overall well-being.
That is what passion is, genuinely.
