ISLAMABAD: While giving an interview to the French news agency, Musadik Malik said that if we get cheap oil from anywhere today, Pakistan will buy oil from there.

It should be noted that Pakistan had placed its first order of Russian oil last month (in April). Russian cargo is expected to arrive in Pakistan in June with 750,000 barrels of crude oil.
The government expects a Russian test cargo carrying 7.5 million barrels of crude oil to arrive in Pakistan in the first week of June, if the Russian oil is found to be cheaper after refining costs, it will determine the future fuel trade.

On the other hand, according to a French News Agency, the fifth largest country in the world in terms of population, Pakistan is facing a serious energy crisis. Pakistan imports 84% ​​of its petroleum needs, most of which is obtained from Arab countries.

Minister of State for Petroleum Mossadegh Malik has said that we will buy cheap oil from wherever we find it.
