Quad-e-Azam Day Celebrated in Riyadh by Pakistan Writers Club & Ladies Chapter

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia – The memory of Pakistan’s founder, Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, was honored in a special event organized by the Pakistan Writers Club (PWC) and Ladies Chapter (LC) in Riyadh. The gathering focused on celebrating Quaid-e-Azam’s legacy and his enduring principles of “Faith, Discipline, and Unity.”

The event, which took place on Quaid-e-Azam Day, was presided over by Engineer Naveed Ur Rehman, President of the Pakistan Writers Club, and Dr. Farah Nadia, Convenor of the Ladies Chapter. Vice President Zubair Bhatti also attended, and Ms. Shahnaz Qureshi graced the occasion as the chief guest.

A highlight of the event was the participation of Dr. Tazeem Hussain, Honorary Regional Director of CPSP, who delivered an inspiring speech. Dr. Hussain spoke passionately about the significance of Quaid-e-Azam’s values and how they continue to inspire the nation, especially the youth. His words were aimed at boosting the morale of the attendees, emphasizing the importance of commitment to these principles in today’s world.

The ceremony featured the recitation of poems in honor of Quaid-e-Azam, including the iconic “Quaid-e-Azam Tera Ehsaan,” which left the audience deeply moved. Dr. Tazeem also took a moment to recognize the crucial role of journalists in upholding truth and integrity, acknowledging the presence of respected journalists in the crowd, including Mr. Arshad Tabassum and Raja Naveed Ur Rehman.

As part of the occasion, Dr. Tazeem presented commemorative plaques to Mr. Abid Shamoon Chand, Chairman of the Pakistan United Media Forum, and Engineer Naveed Ur Rehman, for their valuable contributions to the community.
