ISLAMABAD: Saudi Crown Prince and Prime Minister Prince Mohammed bin Salman is likely to undertake a bilateral visit to Pakistan after May 18, 2024.

This visit would mark the Crown Prince’s first official trip to Pakistan since 2019, as per the sources.

According to sources, the dates for the anticipated tour are currently being finalized, with expectations of a significant delegation accompanying the Saudi Crown Prince. Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has reportedly taken personal charge of the administrative preparations for the visit and has opted to remain in the country until the arrival of the Saudi dignitary. During the visit, it is anticipated that memorandums will be signed to implement investment decisions worth $5 billion, said sources.

The final date for the Saudi Crown Prince’s visit is expected to be confirmed next week, the sources added.
