Dr. Tazeem Hussain, Regional Director of the College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan (CPSP), attended the CPSP’s 58th Convocation Ceremony held at the Jinnah Convention Centre, Islamabad.

He extended his congratulations to CPSP on hosting the remarkable event and expressed his gratitude to Prof. Dr. Khalid M. Gondal, President CPSP, Prof. Shoaib Shafi, Senior Vice President, along with the Councils and organising committee for arranging a successful and memorable ceremony.
Dr. Tazeem praised the presence of Chief Guest Lieutenant General (R) Nigar Johar Khan and Guest of Honour Senator Amir Waliuddin Chishti, noting that their participation highlighted the importance of strengthening higher medical education in Pakistan. He said their insightful remarks deeply inspired the graduating postgraduates and the audience, making the event significant in CPSP’s history.

During the ceremony, Professor Khalid Masood Gondal and Professor Shoaib Shafi conveyed their best wishes to all post-graduating fellows, members, and their families, acknowledging their achievements and encouraging them for future endeavours both within Pakistan and abroad.
Dr. Tazeem also met Professor Ayesha Siddiqa, Counsellor CPSP, newly elected as Regional Trustee of the International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics (FIGO). He congratulated her on receiving the prestigious FIGO Women Award.
In his remarks, Dr. Tazeem reaffirmed his commitment to continue serving CPSP fellows in Saudi Arabia and contributing to their professional excellence. He said he remains dedicated to giving back to Pakistan and CPSP through strong advocacy for postgraduate medical qualifications.
